WHY CHALLENGER?
CHALLENGER is a one-year program dedicated to young people between the ages of 18 and 35, working in various fields. The program prepares young people to critically analyze the problems of the society, as well as to propose and debate solutions to the issues they face.
The program includes three stages:
- Identifying priority issues in the community;
- Developing and debating solutions;
- Consulting and negotiating proposed strategies.
Throughout all stages, the teams are guided by a mentor.
Up to nowadays, Challenger has seven editions of the program in Romanian, hundreds of graduates of the CHALLENGER Debate School and over a hundred young people - active members of the Challenger Plus community, working in various fields: state institutions, international organizations, NGOs and business.
WHO CAN APPLY TO CHALLENGER?
Students and young professionals, aged between 18 and 35, with or without experience in similar programs. Candidates can represent any field of professional activity: politics, business, science or art. However, they must demonstrate leadership qualities and commitment to acquire professional and personal growth and gain new knowledge.
Young people in the diaspora are also encouraged to apply.
THE BENEFITS OF PARTICIPATING IN CHALLENGER
During the program, participants will develop skills of argumentation, critical thinking, debate, strategy development and writing public policy proposals. Graduates of the program will also have access to the list of contacts and activities carried out by the CHALLENGER Plus community.

Those wishing to take part in the program are encouraged to complete the application form. Deadline: February 28, 2021.
