School of Leadership and Critical Thinking CHALLENGER announces the launch of the first edition of the program in Russian.

WHAT IS CHALLENGER?
CHALLENGER is an intensive school of leadership and critical thinking, which consists of several stages:
- Identification and analysis of community issues;
- Development of a strategy to solve the identified issue;
- Consultation of the strategy at the local and national level;
- Debate at a professional level;
- Implementation of the strategy.*
Up to nowadays, Challenger has seven editions of the program in Romanian, hundreds of graduates of the CHALLENGER Debate School and over a hundred young people - active members of the Challenger Plus community, working in various fields: state institutions, international organizations, NGOs and business.
WHO CAN APPLY TO CHALLENGER IN RUSSIAN?
Young active people from 18 to 35 years old from all regions of the country, mainly representatives of ethnic minorities of the Republic of Moldova, can take part in the first edition of the program in Russian. Participants must have sufficient knowledge of the Russian language.
Candidates can represent various professional fields: politics, business, science or art. They must demonstrate leadership qualities, have certain achievements in their field of activity, and show a desire for personal growth and the acquisition of new knowledge.
Applications are submitted individually or in small teams of 2-4 people.
BENEFITS OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM
At the end of the program, participants will improve their skills of argumentation, critical analysis of community issues, debate, attracting supporters, developing concrete solutions and proposing public policies. Also, program participants will have access to a network of contacts and events organized by CHALLENGER Plus alumni; the best strategies developed under this program will receive a small financial support for implementation.
