On February 11, 2023, the first plenary meeting was held on the occasion of the launch of the new edition of the Challenger School of Critical Thinking.
Following the 330 applications, more than 110 young Romanian and Russian speakers were chosen, who accepted the challenge and joined the most dynamic and interactive program for young people in Moldova!
At this session, the participants have familiarized themselves with the program and its stages, with the formed teams and their mentors/co-mentors. Also, in order to energize those in the room, team-building exercises were held that prepared the participants for the first stage of the program, such as the "call-center" and the "demo-questionnaire".
In the first stage of identifying priority issues in the community, participants learn to design surveys, survey and communicate with citizens, analyze survey results, research and learn about the "problem tree" methodology.
The director of NDI Moldova, Martin Ängeby, who was also present at the event, congratulated the participants and wished them success in their future activities within the Challenger program.
